KULWANTI HOSPITALS welcomes everyone who wants to participate and contribute us in our endeavor to make a difference to our patients’ lives.
Who can volunteer?

Anyone can join us as a volunteer who fulfill following requirements:

tick  The person must be a graduate in any discipline.

tick  The person must have certain essential qualities that include:

The duration of the volunteer period should be at least twice a week for 2-4 working hours especially during official working hours except in special circumstances. The volunteer will be on a 3 months trial period which will be reviewed on an on-going basis.


The areas where the volunteers can work are wards and patient care service areas like guest relations, IPD waiting areas etc.
Nature of Work

Volunteers’ work profile, rights, and responsibilities will be defined by the management but the basic task of a volunteer involves the following :
tick  Conversing with the patients

tick  Relieving the boredom of patients due to their long stay—playing games with them etc.

tick  Motivating and cheering patients

tick  Being a friend to the patients

tick  Discussing the patients’ problems and trying to solve them

tick  Acting as a link between the hospital authorities and the patients
